The British Council has organised a pre-departure briefing for all students, in Pune and around, who have received an offer of admission from an institution in the UK or are in the process of applying to the UK on
Date: Saturday 19 July 2008
Time: 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
At the briefing students present will get an opportunity to ask questions and clear doubts on student visa and immigration issues from the officers of the visa section of the British Deputy High Commission.
The Briefing will cover advice on all that you need to do immediately after you receive the letter of admission from a UK institution and before you leave for the UK, which includes
student visa application and immigration
travel
accommodation
working part-time
We have also organised an interaction with select UK alumni who will share their experience of studying in the UK.
Entry by Pre-registration. A nominal registration fee will be charged. Limited seats available on a first-come-first-served basis.
