Dear Music Connoisseur
“Sursandhya” – an evening of Indian Classical Vocal and Ustad Chand Khan Award Conferment is being organized by Sursagar Society of Delhi Gharana on 26th of April, 2009 at Kamani Auditorium, 6 o’clock onwards.
The program would be:
1) The Classical Vocal Recital by Smt. Shubha Mudgal (a renowned classical Vocalist) – 6 o’clock
2) Ustad Chand Khan Award conferment to Ustad Amjad ALi Khan , Ustad Ghulam Mustafa Khan, Smt Uma Sharma, Shri Bhajan Sopori & Dr. Kiran Seth (SPICMACAY).- 7’o’clock
3) The festival will be concluded with the Classical Vocal Recital by Ustad Iqbal Ahmed Khan ( The head/Khalifa of Delhi Gharana and a renowned classical vocalist).- 8 o’clock
