Ventom Events Presents Talent Upraisal Of Under Estimated People With The Pioneer Non Government Organisation-Young Energetic Society(YES)
THE EVENT
PRATIBHA is an Annual Festival of Young Energetic Society. It is the cultural fest
for the youth and for the society. As a social organization we aim to provide a platform to
the slum kids where they can tell the world, that given a chance, they are proved to be the
best. They will perform along with the children from the privileged class. It will start on
1st Oct. and will end on 21st Nov.2009 at Great India Place, Noida
The main objective of this programme is to provide an opportunity to the children of the
underprivileged society to show their talent, creativity and skills in various art forms such
as painting, drama and dance.
This is what we saw and succeeded in to an extent, last year. However, PRATIBHA 09
is back with a bang. PRATIBHA reprise is packed with loads of surprises. This year we
are looking forward to celebrating PRATIBHA 09 on a larger scale & larger gathering
from all over NCR.
PRATIBHA 09 is all set to be celebrated as a fair with various sections for the audiences
to enjoy to the maximum.
The event will be segmented into:-
• ENTERTAINMENT SECTION- Since the motive is to provide a day full of
enjoyment and relaxation to the kids, their parents and other audiences, there are
lot in store for this section. There will be magic shows and various games for kids
so that they can enjoy this cultural fest.
• Ambience music for setting the mood.
• Talent show by the underprivileged children.
• Mehndi and tattoo section as an added attraction for the young generation.

• INFORMATIVE SECTION-
1. CAREER COUNCELLING- It’s a tough decision for students to take a
forward step with so many career options opening leading them to
nervousness & discouragement. To help in these criteria we are putting up
counseling stalls for 10th & 12th students, where they can ask their queries
without any hesitation.
2. POLICE CAMP- There will be a police camp to provide a place for the
common man to overcome all the hurdles, hesitations & fear and come
forward to a face-to-face friendly interaction with the police department.
There they can complaint and provide suggestions with their heart out which
is otherwise inconvenient and beyond their reach.
3. MEDIA COUNCELLING- Counseling provided to one and all who are
interested in making a mark in media industry. This will provide information
to all about various career options in media and the strategies for going
about it.
• FASHION SECTION- The trend in society is rising. Everyone is going berserk
over designer apparels. So we will have display of designer clothes and designer
shoes.
The venue for this event is GREAT INDIA PLACE-THEME PARK.
GIP is regarded as a youth hub with a visit of about 10,000 visitors on a daily basis.
The Great India Place, Theme Park is the most sensational enjoyment place in Delhi
NCR amongst children and college going students.
YES is dedicated to provide 45 days training to the slum kids in dance, Art and craft,
and in painting, i.e. 1 oct- 15 Nov.2009.
In today’s illuminating world there are millions of people living in darkness and they
don’t have their access to even basic primary education.
Every family desires to see their child well educated and employed but they don’t have
required resources & support to fulfill their desires.
In school, kids only seal with academics & with sports to some extent. Art is, however,
absent.
For kids who don’t attend school the condition is worse.

PRATIBHA
DANCE COMPETITION
There are budding artists in the slum areas who do not need support systems, but they do
need a push start. We are trying to bring their artistic steps on a dance floor where they
can show their talent in front of the society and can prove their mettle to be the best.
These little hearts need motivation to showcase their hidden talent. So, we are organizing
this talent show in order to develop their confidence, courage and discipline though
Dance Competition.
ART EXHIBITION
YES is determined to bring colours & brightness in the Black & White life of these slum
children who don’t get an opportunity to show their real talent & creativity.
YES is dedicated to bring out the feelings & imagination of innocent minds by giving
them brush & palette full of colours & creativity.
PERFORMANCES BY STREET CHILDREN
The team at YES observed that there are many talented street children who are deprived
of a platform to present their talent, so this event would not only provide them with a
platform but would also inspire them to move forward and enjoy appreciation by the
public.
FASHION SHOW
The little hearts will walk on the ramp as future models. It will increase their confidence
& inspire them to get a chance in the future fashion industry.
BABY SHOW
Participants from both privileged and underprivileged section will put up a baby show
together in order to finish the discrimination between these two sections.
