Kaizen Institute (India) Pvt. Ltd. and MCCIA have organized IndiZen 2010 – The 1st National Convention on Operational Excellence (OE).
Operational Excellence (OE) is one key building block of Business Excellence (BE). We have left behind a dramatic 2009 and are optimistic that 2010 will bring all round cheer!
‘IndiZen 2010’ is planned to be held on February 16 & 17, 2010 at MCCIA Trade Towers, ICC Complex, Pune.
Participants have six tracks to choose from, each focused on a specific theme.

Highlight: Mr. Masaaki Imai (founder of Kaizen Institute and father of Kaizen) will personally present OE Awards and Citations to six Indian organizations that have excelled in some specific aspect of OE in their operations.
