Viruksha Trust will conduct Kalaa Viruksha – an art and craft exhibition which will have a sale of the creations of various artists. The expo will be inaugurated by five special invitees from Asha, A Centre for differently-abled people, Egmore at the C. P. Art Centre, Eldams Road, Alwarpet at 10 a.m. on May 7.
The creations include different kind of paintings – murals, charcoal, madhubani, pattachitra, oil on canvas, acrylic, Lippan work, glass painting, emboss painting, pencil shading, coffee painting and crafts like pot painting, decoupage, hand-made greetings and book marks.
About 30 per cent of the sale value of the creations will be given to the Viruksha Trust.
